One Postomat is located at the PostFinance Arena. Other cash withdrawal options are available in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition center.

Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition halls and on the exhibition grounds. Guide dogs for the blind are excluded.

Site access

The grounds and halls are wheelchair accessible. All buildings are accessible via ramps and have passenger lifts.

The professional childcare gives parents valuable hours to look around the trade fair in peace and get sound advice. The child care ensures that parents have some time out. At the end of the day, even the youngest trade fair visitors are satisfied and have fond memories of the fair. The child care programme is suitable for children aged 3 to 8.

Opening hours

Open daily during the trade fair. As the child care is unable to provide meals, parents collect their children for lunch and bring them a snack. Non-slip socks or slippers are recommended.

The exhibition kiosk with newspapers, drinks, snacks and more is located in the main entrance in Hall 2.1 and is open to visitors during exhibition opening hours.

Due to the limited number of parking spaces, we recommend using public transportation to get to the site. The construction site on the BERNEXPO site also takes up a large part of the previously available parking spaces. We therefore recommend that you use public transport to get there.
