A real Mecca for fast-food lovers who do not want to comprise on quality: the hamburger and pitta breads for Rockfood’s burgers and sandwiches are home-made. Pasta is actually a simple product. Durum wheat semolina and water. Pasta d'Amalfi is made from 100% Italian durum wheat from the best growing regions. The water is provided from the spring of nearby Monte Faito. Enjoy the different pasta variations from Italy.
